TaleKin Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the TaleKin app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Pavel Monin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
- A device-level identifier provided by Apple (identifierForVendor, "IDFV") and basic install and session events, such as the fact and time of app installation and launches, app version, and device model. The IDFV identifier is scoped to our applications only: by design, it cannot be used to identify you or to track you across apps or websites operated by other companies.
- Device push tokens necessary for delivering push notifications (when enabled by the user).

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and does not track users across apps or websites.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

No data is collected, and no third-party SDK is initialized, until this Privacy Policy has been accepted on the Application's welcome screen.

Install Attribution, Analytics and Push Notifications

We use Singular (Singular Labs, Inc.) as our data processor to measure app installs and the aggregate performance of our own marketing campaigns. Because the Application is designed for children, we use Singular's Kids Apps SDK — a special version of the SDK assessed by PRIVO (an FTC-approved COPPA Safe Harbor program) that does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not perform cross-app tracking. Install attribution is additionally performed through Apple's SKAdNetwork framework, which provides only aggregated, non-identifying campaign data. Singular processes this data on our behalf, is not permitted to use it for its own purposes, and does not sell it or use it for advertising profiles. We also use OneSignal (OneSignal, Inc.) as a service provider to deliver push notifications (such as a reminder that a new daily story is available) to your device. OneSignal collects the necessary device push tokens and anonymized technical data strictly for the functionality of sending notifications. OneSignal does not use this data for tracking, profiling, or behavioral advertising. Push notifications are activated only after this Privacy Policy has been accepted in the Application and the notification permission has been granted in iOS. You can disable push notifications at any time in the Application's settings or in your iOS device settings. OneSignal's privacy policy is available at https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy.

Third Party Access

Only the limited data described in this policy is transmitted to external services, to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application, delivering notifications, and measuring its own marketing. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose Automatically Collected Information:

- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted service providers (such as Singular and OneSignal, described above) who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

The Application does not contain third-party advertising and does not share data with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Additionally, you can disable push notifications at any time in the Application's settings or through your iOS device settings.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain automatically collected data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Attribution, analytics, and notification data processed by our service providers is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above. If you'd like us to delete data associated with your device, please contact the Service Provider at info@fairygames.store and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Application is designed for children to use together with their parents. The Service Provider takes children's privacy seriously and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws worldwide.

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the limited technical identifiers described in this policy (IP address, device-level vendor identifier, usage and install events, and push tokens). These identifiers are collected solely to support the internal operations of the Application — such as analytics, measuring the performance of our own marketing, delivering push notifications, and ensuring the Application works correctly — as permitted by COPPA. The Application does not contain third-party behavioral advertising, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and does not track users across apps or websites.

Analytics and push notification services are initialized only after this Privacy Policy has been accepted on the device, and the notification permission is requested only after that.

Parents and legal guardians who have questions about our data practices, or who wish to review or request deletion of any data associated with their child's device, can contact the Service Provider at info@fairygames.store, and the necessary actions will be taken in a reasonable time.

Users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Service Provider processes the data described in this policy on the following legal bases: delivery of push notifications — your consent (acceptance of this policy in the Application and the notification permission granted in the system, both of which you can withdraw at any time); analytics and measurement of our own marketing — our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Application in a privacy-preserving way.

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of data associated with your device, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@fairygames.store. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Our service providers process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. If the changes are material, the updated policy will also be presented in the Application for renewed acceptance before data processing continues.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-07-28.

Your Consent

By accepting this Privacy Policy in the Application and continuing to use it, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
